❓When will my order ship?

About 90% of our products are made to order, which means they’re crafted just for you! These items usually take 2–5 business days to process before shipping.
We also carry a few curated items that are ready to ship faster—so if you order a mix, you might receive multiple packages at different times. But don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

That depends on where you roam:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Keep in mind, shipping times are estimates and might vary due to carrier delays or rogue herds of gnus.

🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?

Not yet—but stay tuned! The Goofy Gnu is always evolving, and we may offer custom gift options in the future. (If it's urgent, hit us up—we'll see what magic we can work!)

↩️ What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
Email us first at support@thegoofygnu.shop—returns sent without contact may not be accepted.

😩 My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what now?

Oh no! That’s not the Goofy Gnu way. Contact us immediately with a description and photos of the issue, and we’ll fix it faster than a gnu can gallop.

🔄 Can I exchange something?

Absolutely! The quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order for what you want. That way, you’re not waiting around in the savanna.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Just know that shipping times and any customs/import fees vary by country. The buyer is responsible for any extra customs charges.

💬 Do you offer live chat?

We sure do! Click the little chat icon on the bottom of the page to talk to a real human (not a gnu—we tried that once… chaos). We're happy to help!

🧾 Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we might be able to catch it in time! Contact us ASAP via Live Chat or at support@thegoofygnu.shop, and we’ll do our best.

📦 Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
